Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory
- Coordinate with other departments and external partners as necessary
- Support team members with various administrative tasks
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High school diploma required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus
Salary Range: Php 40,000 negotiable
