Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our daily business activities. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized filing systems (both digital and physical)
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Coordinate with other departments and external partners as necessary
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma required; additional qualification as an administrative assistant or Secretary will be a plus

Salary Range: Php 40,000 negotiable
